Service Department
Service has always been the most important part of our business,
and will always remain so. From the first sale to keeping
the old girl running we take pride in how many customers we
have from when we started. We want to help you too. Many of
our customers are our riding buddies as well so we know the
importance of keeping you on the road or trail. We perform
all our service for the next day, a service we started from
day one. There is no reason you shouldn’t have your
bike as fast as possible. We strive to perform the best work
possible, and always guarantee our work. We offer a complete
and comprehensive service department. If you pedal it, we
can fix it. Our chief mechanic and service manager Brandon
Schreiber is a Barnett Bicycle Institute graduate, certified
in all aspects of suspension repair and maintenance. All of
our mechanics are fully trained professionals ready to help
in any way they can.
Service Hours: Our service department is open during all normal
business hours. Bicycles dropped off on Saturday will be completed
for Tuesday pick up. All others may be picked up after 3pm the next
business day unless other arrangements are made.

General Service Rates:
General repairs- $60.00 per hour. Minimum 1⁄4 hour
charge.
Tube replacement on bike- $10.00
Tube replacement wheel only- $5.00
**Complete Tune up- $60.00
Complete overhaul- $120.00
Front suspension service- $60.00 minimum
Rear suspension service- $60.00 minimum
Hydraulic brake service- $35.00 per brake
Wheel truing- $15.00 minimum service charge
Wheel building- $30.00 minimum charge per wheel
